Leaving Halifax May 15th on route to the Spring Conference in Montpelier,

Details
A motor coach has been chartered, it will depart from Halifax in the late evening of May 15th and arrive in Montpelier 3:30 pm on the 16th. It will stop in Moncton and Fredericton to pick up more Toastmasters in the early morning of the 16th. Of course there will be the occasional pit stop to stretch legs and a breakfast stop when we cross the border in Maine.
Coming home, we’ll leave Montpelier early afternoon, dropping off passengers in Fredericton and Moncton and Halifax the next morning. Pick up and drop off locations and times will be determined later.
The motor coach has all the amenities we need: comfy seats, on board washrooms, sound system and a DVD as well, it will be driven by a professional driver.
Bring your loved one along too! We’ll have the motor coach for the whole weekend, and while we are in the conference they can tour the city, see the sites and fill up on Ben and Jerry’s ice cream.

Prices
From Halifax the price is $160.00 round trip per person. From Fredericton and Moncton the price is $150.00 round trip per person. A 50% deposit is required to book with the remainder due on May 1st.
The Fine Print
In order for this trip to go ahead a minimum number of 45 Toastmasters are needed to book a seat. If the trip does not go then any money paid will be refunded. There are no refunds on deposits if the trip goes as is planned, however your seat is transferable. The prices listed above are only for the motor coach. Conference fees, accommodation during the conference and any meals are extra.
